Welcome to Representative Nancy Todd’s Website!
I am delighted to be your State Representative for House District 41, serving you since 2004. The legislative sessions are held each year at the Colorado State Capitol from January – May, studying issues and passing legislation that improves the lives of the people of Colorado. You are always welcome to visit the capitol, tour the recently renovated dome, attend committee meetings that interest you, or make an appointment to come visit with me.

Keeping in touch with you is essential to maintaining good and open communication. This can be done by email, phone calls, letter writing and attending my Town Hall Meetings. Please check out the calendar link so you’ll know when we are meeting and where. Your presence does make a difference in keeping legislation relevant and meaningful for all of us.
The purpose of this website is to provide meaningful information through quick and convenient links regarding voter registration / absentee ballot information, national elected officials contact information, Aurora city offices, as well as ways you can volunteer your time, make a donation, or contact political organizations. If you have suggestions to make this website more meaningful, please do not hesitate to contact me.
During the 2007 Session, I was committed to work and uphold the legislative pledge of “Promises Made, Promises Kept.” Through the collaborative efforts of fellow legislators and listening to your voices, we were able to make great strides in improving the quality of life for Colorado residents.
On this website you’ll see my priorities and issues, as well as bills that I sponsored for these past three sessions. Together we can make a difference in creating a stronger Colorado by staying involved and working to improve the quality of life for all citizens in House District 41 and the entire state.
I thank you for your support and the opportunity to serve you at the Colorado State Capitol and invite your comments and concerns for ways I can better serve you. Please contact me at nancy.todd.house@state.co.us.
